M&G Real Estate, on behalf of one of its major clients owns 40 Leadenhall Street, a new development in the City of London, which is being delivered with Nuveen as the Development manager.
M&G Real Estate is part of M&G plc’s private markets division. M&G plc is a savings and investment business which was formed in 2017 through the merger of Prudential plc’s UK and Europe savings and insurance operation and M&G. It is a wholly owned international investment manager. M&G plc listed as an independent company on the London Stock Exchange in October 2019.
