Why do we know so little about our own hormones when they impact our day-to-day lives?

‘Cycle-syncing’ is a term which refers to predicting different energy surges throughout the menstrual cycle. The idea being that there are four hormonal phases, and with some understanding, they can be harnessed to best support individuals in their lives such as creativity, work, physical health, relationships and rest.

In partnership with London Hormone Clinic, attendees joined a long table discussion where they heard from Women’s Hormone Specialist, Dr Jan Toledano, shedding light on the question, ‘why do we know so little about our own hormones, and what we can do to change that?’

Guests enjoyed meaningful conversations, and the Long Table format of the event offered a welcoming and open space for the speakers to share knowledge and for our guests to ask honest questions.

A Lois Weaver Long Table format is a dinner party structured by etiquette, where conversation is the only course.

The Sculpture in the City 13th Edition event programme is supported by Activations & Promotions Partner, Eastern City BID – the Business Improvement District for the Eastern City.
