Since summer 2018, for one night only the Nocturnal Creatures festival transforms London's Whitechapel Gallery and neighbouring unusual, historic and outdoor locations. Exciting commissions and takeovers of the festival complement the Gallery’s summer exhibition programme, including free live performances, installations, music, film and DJ sets; and accompanied by a host of other performances as part of Sculpture and the City. Nocturnal Creatures offers a unique platform for artists to exhibit in the public realm and reach new audiences.
